Study-Spanish was founded in 1986 by René de Jong as a language travel agency representing Spanish language schools. The company’s single-minded dedication to service and quality fueled its rapid growth, and in 1989, René de Jong´s new business partner, his sister Marianne, responded to the growing demand for a quality Spanish school in Spain by opening Study-Spanish’s first school, in Salamanca. Largely through the recommendations of 70,000+ satisfied students, we have grown to eight locations in Spain and Latin America, all controlled by the central office - to ensure that every student’s experience meets our original vision of service and quality.
