Spanish for Medical Professionals course with don Quijote
The Spanish for medical professionals’ course take place in our school in Guanajuato, Mexico. It is designed for doctors, registered nurses and others who work (or intend to work) in the medical sector.
Structure and content: you will have 20 medical Spanish classes during the first week to improve your knowledge of Spanish and 10 additional classes consisting of terminology and phrases appropriate to this field, which will increase to 20 classes in the second week.
Objective: improve your Spanish and develop skills and knowledge to improve communication with Spanish-speaking patients. The Spanish for medical professionals program also includes a hospital visit.

- Essential grammar (reflexive verbs, "to hurt” and "to like”, comparison of adjectives, pronouns, imperatives, verb + infinitive, key verbs)
- Alphabet, numbers, dimensions, colors, time expressions, useful greetings / expressions
- Spanish for Nurses and Laboratory Technicians (blood test, etc)
- Orthopedics and rehabilitation
- Conversation with patients
